In 6 days…
I will be in Gainesville Georgia for Training Camp. (talk about hottt & humid )
Training Camp; an 11 day glimpse into the 11 month journey we get to embark on August 6th.
Here I will get to meet my squad of 18 women, L SQUAD, for the first time!! These will be the women that I will travel, cry, laugh, grow, break, and all things in between with for the next year +. Nervous… excited… is this real life? All those emotions and some.
In this meantime, until I get on the plane next week…
I have to keep adjusting my eyes to God’s view, because… well staring at my 65L pack sitting beside a pile of “potential clothes” and the support letters sprawled across my bed is a bit overwhelming. So in 6 days my literal eyes will see something different, and I am not 100% on what that is even going to look like. I’ve been told we have workshops, squad wars, worship, sleep in our tents, talk with alumni racers, and have personal encounters with God. I’ve been told, but my expectations…are open handed. I want to be in a posture to receive whatever it is that He wants me to.
Until then though; these 6 days continue to be the time for grind, the time for endurance, the time for pursuit.
Remember back in April…I decided to live on this Crazy Faith ride; which has been CRAZY let me tell you. I announced my prayer to be 100% fundraised in 100 days, and here we are sitting at $13,500! Yes I say WE, I will always say we because it is us together believing in the Kingdom of Heaven being reached to these nations. Your giving is for the children, men, women, squad members along these 11 months.
Direct deposits into Heaven.
So 6 days; July 9th. That is the day of my prayer 100% fundraised in 100 days.
Exactly $5,195 to go.
Pray with me, believe with me, God is moving mountains already.
xoxo
Come on “Church” – Some people go, some people send. Let’s send here off with 100%.
Supporters are just as important as the goers! We all have a role to play. I am grateful for your open heart and willingness to be the hands and feet of Jesus, and thankful that at my stage in life, I can be a supporter through prayers, encouragement, etc.
